Our Conviction
"We believe the most enduring returns are built not on market timing, but on the compounding of sound judgment over long periods. GSF was founded on that conviction — that disciplined, concentrated ownership of exceptional businesses, held with patience and managed with care, is the most reliable path to preserving and growing capital across generations."
Who We Are
Grant Stevens Financial ("GSF") is a Liechtenstein-based closed-ended investment holding company focused on acquiring and holding significant long-term interests in a concentrated portfolio of large-capitalization businesses. The Company's investment strategy emphasizes meaningful ownership positions while generally remaining non-controlling in nature.
GSF benefits from Liechtenstein's favourable regulatory environment, strong asset protection laws, and investor-friendly tax policies — making it an attractive jurisdiction for international investment operations. The Company's objective is to maximise its long-term compound annual growth rate in intrinsic value per share.
The Company has appointed Avelard Capital, a firm incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, as its Investment Manager. Under the supervision of GSF's Board of Directors, Avelard Capital manages the Company's investment portfolio in strict accordance with its established investment policy.

Operational Stewardship
Our Portfolio Operations Group provides active strategic guidance on revenue growth, procurement, leadership development, and operational efficiency across portfolio holdings.
Principal-Led Decisions
Every investment decision at GSF is made by principals with direct capital at stake — ensuring the interests of the firm and its investors are fully and permanently aligned.
Absolute Discretion
GSF maintains the highest standards of confidentiality and asset protection across all investment activities, client relationships, and jurisdictional structures.
Capital Strategies
GSF deploys capital across a range of complementary strategies, providing equity, debt, and hybrid financing to businesses and real estate opportunities that meet our rigorous investment criteria. We work exclusively with established, well-managed businesses where we can contribute both capital and meaningful operational value.
Structured capital solutions for real estate opportunities across acquisition, development, and value-add strategies — deploying both equity and debt with a focus on risk-adjusted returns.
We work closely with businesses requiring external capital to understand their precise needs — offering flexible financing structures tailored to the stage, size, and strategic goals of each opportunity.
Senior secured, mezzanine, and bridge facilities deployed across the capital stack — providing borrowers with certainty of execution where conventional lenders cannot efficiently serve.
Long-term equity partnerships with exceptional management teams — providing capital, strategic resources, and operational support through every phase of business development.
Our advisory practice draws on the collective experience of our investment principals and executive advisors to deliver considered, solutions-based strategic guidance to a select group of engagements.
Through GSF's Private Office platform, we provide tailored wealth management services to a select group of qualified investors and affiliated families with a focus on long-term capital preservation.
Structured Debt Financing
GSF deploys a flexible structured debt financing mandate, providing tailored credit solutions across the capital stack. We work with borrowers who require capital that conventional lenders cannot efficiently structure — offering speed, certainty of execution, and the discretion this level of transaction demands.
Our approach is not product-led. We assess each opportunity on its fundamentals and construct the appropriate instrument — whether a senior secured facility, a mezzanine tranche, or a short-duration bridge — to fit the precise requirements of the transaction.
Senior Secured Lending
First-lien capital deployed against business or real estate assets. Efficiently structured senior facilities where speed and certainty of close are paramount.
Mezzanine & Subordinated Debt
Subordinated capital between senior debt and equity — structured with warrants or equity participation features. Suited to leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, and growth recapitalisations.
Bridge Financing
Short-duration capital bridging a transaction, liquidity event, or refinancing. Deployed rapidly where timing and execution certainty are critical to the outcome.
Our Credit Philosophy
"We do not lend against a model. We lend against a business — and we take the time to understand the difference."
Flexible mandate — senior, subordinated, and hybrid structures depending on the transaction
Businesses with demonstrated cash flow, identifiable collateral, or a clear refinancing event
Deal sizes aligned with our core mandate of $5M to $50M in enterprise value
Equity co-investment available alongside debt where meaningful upside participation exists
Rapid credit assessment and term sheet issuance — we respect that time is often the asset
Private Equity
At Grant Stevens Financial, our primary objective is to grow and build exceptional companies by providing capital and expertise across all phases of development. We work alongside ownership and management to improve competitive position — expanding into new markets, strengthening operations, and building organisations that endure.
We deploy capital across strategies with differing risk and return targets, liquidity parameters, and tailored vehicle structures — introducing one to three new core positions annually. Risk management is integral to our strategy; we maintain a concentrated portfolio by design, not by limitation.
We seek controlling or significant minority positions in established businesses generating between $5M and $50M in annual revenues. Our sector mandate is broad — we follow opportunity, not rotation, with the exception of direct real estate, commodities, and resources.
Our partnership model is active and engaged. By providing critical operational resources and strategic support, we work alongside management teams to execute on defined growth objectives — combining financial discipline with genuine operating expertise.
Flexible capital structure — equity, debt, and equity-like instruments structured to fit the specific opportunity and transaction dynamics.
Diverse ownership structures — complete buyouts, majority investments with vendor or management participation, and significant minority positions of 20% or greater.
Demonstrated market position — businesses with an established track record. For earlier-stage opportunities, a clear and compelling growth trajectory is required.
Broad sector mandate — open to all sectors with the exception of direct real estate, resources, and commodities. We follow opportunity, not sector rotation.
